Howard Faerber    Minister

Howard is from Chattanooga, Tennessee. He is a graduate of Johnson Bible College in Knoxville, Tennessee, and Lincoln Christian Seminary in Lincoln, Illinois. He has taken additional studies at the University of Tennessee and University of Central Oklahoma. He has held ministries at the Madisonville Christian Church in Madisonville, Tennessee, and North Harter Christian Church in Flora, Illinois. He taught in the fields of Church History and New Testament at Midwest Christian College in Oklahoma City from 1967-1985. In 1985, the college moved to Joplin, Missouri. From 1987-2002, he also ministered to the First Christian Church in Jones, Oklahoma, before joining the church here at Westside in 2003.

Howard served as accounting manager at Oklahoma Municipal Assurance Group in OKC from 1986-2005. He retired from OMAG in December, 2005, to devote his time to the ministry at Westside.

While at Johnson Bible College Howard met Linda Duncan from Bridgeport, Illinois. They were married on December 19, 1959 and have three children. They also have twelve grand-children and three great-grandchildren. Linda's birthday is March 3.
